Capítulo 12. De la gran Intervención hasta nuestros dias. La Tercera República podría ser viable en un año.


Los ciudadanos -dado que no les era reconocido el poder de decidir sobre los asuntos importantes que les afectaban en el día a día- se entretuvieron durante aquellos años -conocidos comos la década de la Intervención o segunda Transición- en redactar la actual Constitución.



El próximo año 2025, el Rey Felipe X (El Sabio, a decir de losmonárquicos) se someterá al escrutinio del pueblo mediante el primer referéndum sobre modalidad de jefatura y forma de Estado, de acuerdo a la Constitución de 2015 que él mismo refrendó. 


España podría volver a ser una República, si así lo desea la mayoría de los ciudadanos; la Constitución de 2015 fue diseñada para funcionar bajo ualquiera de los dos regímenes: Monarquía o República.El siguiente referéndum no podrá ser celebrado antes de quince años tras la próxima consulta, también de acuerdo a nuestra Constitución. Catalunya decidió seguir dentro de la España federal en 2020, así que la próxima posible consulta al respecto no podría efectuarse hasta al menos 2035.



Los políticos del putrefacto sistema bipartidista, iluminados por las antorchas de los ciudadanos, y guiados por el espíritu de D. Torcuato Fernández Miranda, más la inspiración siempre viva del Presidente Adolfo Suarez, emularon con éxito el harakiri de las últimas Cortes franquistas, con la profunda modificación de la Ley Electoral que dio paso a todo lo demás.

First constitutional referendum on our Federal State model, according to the Constitution of 2015 that he King Felipe endorsed and supported after his father´s dismisal.

So Spain could again be a Republic, if that is what the qualified majority of citizens want; though the Constitution of 2015 was designed to work under either Political Regime: Monarquy or Republic.Next referendum could not be held before 15 years, according to our Constitution too. Catalonia decided to remain part of Spain back in 2020, so next referendum on that  possibility won´t be celebrated until at least 2035.

The rotten political party system, illuminated by the torches of citizens, and guided by the spirit of D. Torcuato Fernández Miranda, plus always living inspiration of President Adolfo Suarez,successfully emulated harakiri same way as the latest Franco´s Courts did back in 1975.

With the profound changes to the Electoral Act -which led to everything else to come- former prevailing PP and PSOE reluctantly opened the door to democratic regeneration.
